At Recruiting Now Global we offer comprehensive Profile Testing and Candidate Assessments as part of our standard recruitment package and screening process.
These assessments can help provide an objective and external assessment summary as to how the applicant or candidate matches the position that they have applied for within your organization.
They will also enable your internal hiring team to more objectively streamline the screening and candidate selection throughout the job search process.
By implementing assessments and profile testing, Companies can pre-qualify candidates, thereby increasing their interview-to-hire ratio and reducing their overall recruitment production.

RECRUITMENT EXPRESS PACKAGES:
Recruitment Express Packages are an ADD-ON recruitment and staffing option for those companies that do not want to take on the added expenses of hiring a full service recruitment vendor but would still like the benefit of an industry expert assisting in the hiring assessment.
This package is beneficial to Hiring Managers who have short listed potential candidates and want to make sure that they have utilized all prescreening tools available when determining the suitability of a successful applicant.
For the Recruitment Express option, all profile assessments are carried out once payment has been received. For individual Test Requests, the User will receive an email notification that will direct them to a URL login for completion of the test that has been selected – It is important that you include an email address and name of the person assigned to complete the selected Test. Once the test has been completed, an automated notice will be sent to the Portal administrator to facilitate the processing of a final report.
For the purpose of purchasing Batch packages, one of our Consultants will work with you to coordinate all User information and email addresses to ensure they are directed to the proper online testing portal. All administration will be carried out on the Testing Portal side. Once completed, we can then ensure that all final reports are directed to one individual as designated by the Client/Employer.

WPI Select Report – Report, (10 pages)
Identify the best candidates.
The Work Personality Index® Select Report focuses on those personal characteristics and tendencies that influence how an individual performs in work settings. The WPI measures five global personality characteristics and seventeen primary traits that provide a comprehensive overview of an individual’s work personality. The employee’s results provide extensive information about his/her preferences, strengths, and weaknesses in work environments. When interpreting these results, it is important to remember that the scores are not good or bad, only more or less appropriate to certain types of work. For example, high scores on Ambition may be important for success in some occupations, but detrimental in other types of work. Therefore, these results should be used to highlight his/her preferences and motivations and examine how they relate to more or less effective work performance.
Sales Achievement Predictor – Profile, (9 pages)

With the Sales Achievement Predictor (SalesAP), you no longer have to wait 6 months, or longer, to find out whether a new hire will succeed. This unique inventory measures traits that are critical to success in sales—and in related fields such as customer service, sales management, marketing, and public relations. Many things are not apparent in an interview or resume, inhibitions about cold calling, reluctance to ask for a sale, or poor motivation to follow through once on the job. The SalesAP will pick up these traits. Validated against actual sales performance, the SalesAP helps industrial psychologists, human resource professionals, sales managers, and business owners select, place, and train salespeople.

Risk management tool for hiring employees
EMPLOYEE RELIABILITY is a criterion-keyed, self-administered, “True – False” type of behavior inventory. It contains 81 statements. Results for each scale are presented in an easy to understand format designed to add flexibility to your selection process. Results provide an estimate of the likelihood that a job applicant will perform, on the job, in a reliable and productive manner.
The ERI® consists of seven (7) separate scales. Each scale assesses job applicants with respect to a different dimension of reliable and productive behavior.
The ERI is a risk management tool that helps you determine which individuals are most likely to become valued employees rather than organizational liabilities. The ERI will determine whether a candidate is low-risk or high-risk based on seven different scales. The ERI results are designed to assist you in reducing: Turnover, Absenteeism, Work-related accidents, and Theft.

The Customer Service AP evaluates the applicant in terms of: customer service strengths, potential strengths, and areas that need development. This assessment will help you evaluate candidates applying for customer service positions as well as identify training/motivational needs for current employees.
