Senior Analytics Specialist

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and work as Adobe Analytics Cloud subject matter expert with clients and client-stakeholders.
- Assist customers and colleagues with product expertise
- Contribute to product implementation/customization
- Assist with implementation plans and estimates for new and existing clients
- Contribute in delivering Adobe Analytics projects on time and on budget
- While specializing in Analytics develop expertise in Adobe Audience Manager, DTM/Launch and Adobe Target.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience
- Adobe Certifications in Analytics
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience working with business intelligence systems, content platforms, digital optimization strategy, and/or web analytic platforms
- Proven experience in Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, DTM/Launch and Adobe Target and advantage
- Agile development experience an advantage
Skills:
- Strong understanding of internet architecture and database structures
- Knowledge of big data concepts, segmentation strategies and targeting, as well as customer modeling
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL tag management
- Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Good Excel skills
- Technical writing experience
- Good presentation and customer facing skills
- Effective management of risk, issues and change, escalating when agreed tolerances are exceeded
- Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to technology resources, managers, SME’s and vendor’s
- Strong commercial acumen
- Great organizer, facilitator and collaborator
- Creative, practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Agile SCRUM Master certification is a plus
