Tech Job Posting for Business Analyst, BA with Agile, AEM experience. In Toronto Ontario Canada


• Pre-sales consulting and support of the sales team. Preparation of the high-level technical materials for proposals, ensuring alignment of the solutions with the business needs of the clients and the functionality of the core platforms

• Elicitation, analysis and management of the business, functional and nonfunctional requirements

• Participation in the solution functional design together with implementation teams. Wireframing and documenting the design documentation

• Ongoing support of the implementation teams, being an internal product owner


You will have 4+ years work experience as a Business Systems Analyst with the considerable part of the experience in eCommerce / Digital.

To be successful for this position, you will need to demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• Conducting presentations and workshops involving business and technical stakeholders

• Business, functional and nonfunctional requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation

• Experience in a Business Systems Analyst role working with Adobe AEM or another CMS platform

• Preparing concise business and technical documentation (examples will be requested during the interview process)

• Product demonstration and training

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital and eCommerce sector. Experience working with eCommerce platforms, CMS, Analytics suites (GA, others), EDM and other core Digital platforms

• Structured project management experience. This includes scope definition and decomposition, estimation and project planning.

• Bachelor diploma in the relevant area.

As this is a customer-facing role, we ask that you demonstrate the following:

• Strong verbal and written English

• 2+ years of local market experience

• 1+ year of experience in customer-facing positions

• Outstanding presentation skills

• Proven ability to solve problems and think outside the box

• Ability to work in cross functional and geographically distributed teams

A stand-out candidate will demonstrate experience or expertise in some of the following:

• Knowledge of Adobe AEM

• Technical or development background

• UML skills

• Experience of working in a mature Agile environment

• Experience and an ability to elicit and document the requirements for system and data integration.

• Experience working with ERP, POS, WMS or other commerce IT systems

Experience in:

• Pre-sales support

• Strategy consulting

• Business case development

• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure for Digital/eCommerce

• Data analysis experience or experience with Data analysis tools

• Relational and NOSQL databases knowledge

There are scammers targeting those who may have posted their resumes online to the various job portals and who are actively seeking new employment opportunities.


I had previously heard about this when another recruiting agency had posted a similar bulletin less than two weeks ago – however this time they decided to pretend to be me.

The following image depicts a sample of the generic email that these scammers are promoting for all their nefarious intent and purposes. I have also highlighted key parts of this email that you should pay special attention to which should more easily help you identify fake emails and spot any inconsistencies in their attempts to deceive you into giving up your personal information.

The Global Network and Communications Manager is responsible for the delivery and management of network services in our global enterprise environment. The individual directly manages a global network infrastructure with a team of globally dispersed resources.


Strategy & Technical Leadership

  • Supervise and provide technical leadership to the globally distributed team of Level 2/3 network administrators and ensure an enabling environment is created to achieve job satisfaction
  • Manages the benchmarking, analysis and recommendations for the improvement of the global Network and Communications systems.
  • Provide thought leadership with creation of long-term strategic plans to design and implement the future Network and Communication needs of the business.
  • Works with management to define, publish and maintain service catalogue for the Network and Communication team
  • Develop a future state global Network and Communications strategy and migration plan.
  • Establish and implement ‘best-practice’ standards as well as department policies and procedures.
  • Analyze impact of systems and provide recommendations on whether updates and developments are required.

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and manage assignment group(s) to operational standards – resolve incidents and deliver tasks to published SLA’s and OLA’s, within budgets and deadlines.
  • Responsible for team compliance with production change management processes and key controls.
  • Leads the organization in the resumption of services in the event of serious disruption of technology services
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support and manage 24/7 on-call teams. Maintains on-call rotation schedule and ensures responsiveness of team.
  • Effectively communicates with variety of stakeholders across the business and other IT teams to ascertain their needs.
  • Develops relevant milestones and task plans for Network and Communications to ensure successful delivery of the projects.
  • Plans, prioritizes and assigns use of internal and external Network and Communication resources to committed deliverables.
  • Develop, manage and monitor the TCO for Network and Communication services
  • Participates in the development and review of budgets and ensures they comply with stated business goals, guidelines, and objectives
  • Maintains multi-year lifecycle management investment schedule and shares with business leaders
  • Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives and coordinates expenditure in line with the larger IT spend. Vendor Management
  • Serves as primary liaison with Network and Communications vendors for maintenance and updates.
  • Responsible for key vendor relationships – proactive performance management and SLA’s, incident handling and issue/problem resolution and escalation, billing review and approval, and contract negotiations Talent Management
  • Build and maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning.
  • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for direct reports that align with the overall department and business goals.
  • Mentors team members with latest trends and best practices in network technologies
  • Directs education and training programs for her/his staff. 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 7 – 10 years related experience.
  • Multiple years of experience managing global teams
  • Multiple years of Network & Communications experience
  • Must be able to operate in a 24 x 7 global operations and support environment
  • Able to travel frequently to supported site locations (25%)
