Media Services Coordinator (Broadcast Production)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Checking large schedules.
  • Building master schedules with paired down data.
  • Coordination of DV writing to DV writing team.
  • Delivery of digital assets to DV writing team.
  • Spot checking DV files to ensure the presence of DV prior to delivery.
  • Working with media services and other members of the Accessibility Services team to determine when media assets will arrive if assets are running behind.
  • Escalating workflow from offline to Live DV in situations where offline is no longer viable and content is airing same day.

Skills required:

  • Someone super organized and highly detail-oriented.
  • Someone who isn’t overwhelmed by modern technology
  • Someone familiar with digital formats is an asset.
  • Someone familiar with scheduling and working from schedules and pairing down data and presenting and sorting data in excel is an asset.
  • Someone familiar with the fast-paced nature of news and TV where same-day deadlines are part of the daily routine.

Analytics Consultant Senior Adobe AEM, Adobe Cloud
  • Present and work as Adobe Analytics Cloud subject matter expert with clients and client-stakeholders.
  • Assist customers and colleagues with product expertise
  • Contribute to product implementation/customization
  • Assist with implementation plans and estimates for new and existing clients
  • Contribute in delivering Adobe Analytics projects on time and on budget
  • While specializing in Analytics develop expertise in Adobe Audience Manager, DTM/Launch and Adobe Target.


Qualifications:  Preferred but not essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience
  • Adobe Certifications in Analytics


  • 5+ years’ experience working with business intelligence systems, content platforms, digital optimization strategy, and/or web analytic platforms
  • Proven experience in Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, DTM/Launch and Adobe Target and advantage
  • Agile development experience an advantage


  • Strong understanding of internet architecture and database structures
  • Knowledge of big data concepts, segmentation strategies and targeting, as well as customer modeling
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL tag management
  • Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Good Excel skills
  • Technical writing experience
  • Good presentation and customer facing skills
  • Effective management of risk, issues and change, escalating when agreed tolerances are exceeded
  • Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to technology resources, managers, SME’s and vendor’s
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Great organizer, facilitator and collaborator
  • Creative, practical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Agile SCRUM Master certification is a plus
